Kinloch showhome
The Kinloch was a design and build showhome that was completed in 2007 and served us well thru 2009 when it was sold on to a happy customer to relocate to their seaside property. It features an open living plan with three bedroom, master ensuite, and beautiful flow from inside to outside. We built two additional versions of the home for customers that found it met their needs well. See Photos of the Showhome here.

Ferndale Showhome 2004
The Ferndale was a modern cutting edge design at it's grand opening in 2002. It included a glassed in living area, unique joinery, airfoil louvred sunscreens, and monopitch roof lines. It moved off to Kinloch in 2005 to happy new owners. We still get inquiries about the Ferndale and will be building a modified version later this year for a customer that fell in love with the plan. Kinloch Holiday Haunt
Purpose Built with holidays and family in mind. This Auckland couple love Lockwood Homes and Love their holiday getaways. This D&B was designed specifically for the section to achieve it's full potential and provide maximum holiday comfort and ease of living.
